Very polite and helped us

Very knowledgeable about the vehicle very helpful, answered all my questions got me in and out in a timely manner which I certainly appreciate it. And the finance manager was awesome and very very helpful.

Charged for a tire rotation. Marked my tires prior to track which location they were moved to. Come to find out they were not rotated. Chris in service brought tech out to talk. He was busy helping “3 others” and “must have forgot”. So I waited 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change while my appointed tech worked on other cars?

Monday, 6/16/25, I went in for an Oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. I can’t complain about the service. However, the next time I drove the car, ( today - 6/19/25), I noticed my headliner on the driver’s side , was filthy with grease that was not present when I exited my car at the service door. There was also grease smears on the inside of the driver’s door frame. I will be calling SVG tomorrow,(Friday), because they owe me a cleaning. This is why I only gave three stars.

Staffer was friendly, informative, and kept my informed as to service status, timing to complete, and with answers to my questions

All employees were courteous and the service did not seem to take that long.

Great service, very attentive to our needs. Only hiccup was the software held up the sales manager and thereby making our stay a little long.

Went to have running boards installed on my Chevy truck. My experience was excellent Chris was great like always . He is very professional and friendly and has a great smile and welcoming personality.

Car was fixed under warranty. It took about 2 weeks to get the part. They didn't call when part came in. I had to stop and ask about the status of the part. It was already there.

I had an appointment for service. They got me right in on time and I waited in the lounge. It seemed like no time at all till my car was ready and everything was taken care of. Chris was at the service desk and he was super friendly and helpful!!

Courteous staff and timely efficient service.

Great experience with Will. We like working with this dealer. However, Ally protections were not discussed as documents were being prepared. When salesperson came to our house, we were asked if we wanted the protections which were nice. However, these should have been discussed/ advised before we left the dealership. We were out on the spot and our expected monthly payment increased $36 per month. Please advise customers of total cost before final documentation is placed in front of the customer

This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman Andy and manager Keith were great and answered all my questions. I’d definitely work with them again.

Will was absolutely amazing to work with! He made purchasing my first car super easy and seamless. He is very knowledgeable and personable and made the whole car buying process very enjoyable.

Things went very well. Except, I had forgotten to bring in a couple of coupons that would have saved me some money. As often as I have had my car serviced there, I would have thought those coupons would have been grandfathered in. Bring back Nikki!

Christopher in GM service WCH is a wonderful representative for the organization. Friendly, knowledgeable, effective and efficient.

Chris, the service manager, went way above the call of duty in accommodating me. I had no appointment but he got me right in for a service and new battery. He also sent two technicians to my house to jump my truck since it would not start so I could get it to the dealership. I definitely got red carpet service! Mel Vince

Took a while but all went well

When I picked up my vehicle from an oil change the check engine light was on. I had to leave my vehicle another night. The next morning I received a text saying "Mr. Johnson your vehicle is ready for pick up. I apologize for the inconvenience. The issue was the tech left your mass air flow sensor unplugged. We reinstalled it and cleared the check engine light.". Always before I receive a phone call. Luckily the snow was not bad and my parents were able to pick up my car. Also when I called to verify where the keys were I called the Washington Court House number. After waiting on the advertisement a person answer them had to transfer me to the location I called. It would be nice to be able to talk to a person without waiting on an advertisement and talking to someone in the location I called.

The sales people where extlent ryan and Andy where great with me and My wife they explained everything to us about everything that we need to do and know

My oil change and tire rotation was done in efficient time. They were very courteous and gave me a list of future needs my car needed to have done with quotes with labor costs I was very pleased with the service I received. I will return.

A little pricey , but diagnosed the problems so I know exactly what’s wrong with it. Changed my oil ,new filters and tire rotation. . I’d highly recommend getting your car done here .
